March 15th - April 9th, 2018
Entries will be accepted until March 28th, 2018 at 11:59pm. We will then decide on the finalists (finalists are often chosen based on date availability) and post their photo, a little bit about them both, and why they would like to win on Pop of Joy website, Instagram, and Facebook.
Voting will start on March 29th, 2018 after photos have been posted on Pop of Joy Facebook page. To vote, people must LIKE your photo on Pop of Joy’s Facebook page. Be sure to let all your friends and family know that you need their vote!
Voting will close on April 9th, 2018 at 11:59pm. Whoever has the most LIKES wins our Pop Up Wedding Giveaway!
The winner will be notified by email on April 10th, 2018 and will have 48 hours to accept the prize.
Once the prize has been accepted the winner will be officially announced
The winner will have 1 week from acceptance to sign the contract
The giveaway is open to anyone getting married or renewing their vows in 2018.
You must have a set wedding or vow renewal date.
Your wedding or vow renewal must take place in one of these Oregon locations: Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Coburg, Brownsville, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Corvallis, Albany, Salem, Stayton, Scio, Aumsville, Sublimity, Lyons, Silverton, Independence, Monmouth, Dallas, Keizer, Wilsonville, Portland & surrounding cities.
You must be 18 years or older to enter.
Not open to anyone who already has an existing contract for their wedding with a florist.
Not open to anyone currently under contract with Pop of Joy or Stem Designs.
Any necessary travel/accommodation expenses are not included and must be paid by the winning couple.
Extra guests, additional stay time, additional florals, and appetizers may all be added for an additional cost and must be submitted 90 days prior to the wedding date and paid for no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. The cost of these added items will vary.
The contract must be signed no later than 1 week after acceptance.
If the winners cannot claim their prize for any reason, they will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be transferred to the runners up.
The winners agree to be featured on any or all social media, websites, or publications including but not limited to Pop of Joy & Stem Designs.
By entering you agree to have your submissions shared publicly by Pop of Joy & Stem Designs.
This wedding giveaway cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other item or service.
